Pastured Poultry (Broilers)
Each spring and late summer, we purchase Cornish-Rock chicks and raise them in a brooder for two or three weeks, depending on the weather.

Afterwards, we move the chicks to pasture, where they are meticulously cared for in a 10' x 12' floorless, portable field shelter.

For five weeks, we move the chickens twice daily to new pasture where they receive fresh air, exercise, sunshine, and all the natural feed they need to grow into healthy broilers.

Using all natural feed, with no antibiotics, hormones, or GMO's, our plump, healthy 3.5-5.5lb chickens are now ready for processing.

SS Enterprises in Bowling Green, KY is our USDA processor who inspects, processes, and vacuum packs each bird.  Within two days, the birds are ready for our freezer.

Fresh Eggs
Our laying hens reside in a 12' x 20' portable henhouse called the Eggmobile.  During the day, our hens roam from their shelter, eating bugs and scratching through the fields just like birds in nature do while being supplemented with all natural feed.

Beef and Hogs
We purchased two hogs on June 22nd.

Whole Grain!
Currently, we purchase our grains from Wheat Montana, who work hard to make sure their products are top quality, healthful, and organic or from Cloverdale in Wisconsin. Freshly milled, homemade baked bread is the way to begin any day!
